Responsibilities:
- Prospecting for new customers and developing commercial relationships with existing customers
- Presenting and promoting the company's products and services to potential customers
- Negotiating terms and conditions of sale with customers and resolving any objections
- Achievement of sales targets and sales quotas assigned by sales management
- Managing and monitoring customer accounts and updating the customer database
- Participation in trade fairs, events and company presentations to promote the products and services on offer
- Working closely with internal teams (marketing, customer service, production, etc.) to ensure customer satisfaction and meet their needs.
Qualifications:
- University degree in business.
- Previous experience in sales and/or business development
- Excellent communication, negotiation and persuasion skills
- Ability to work under pressure and achieve assigned sales targets
- In-depth knowledge of sales, negotiation and account management techniques
- Knowledge of the industry or similar products preferred
- Availability to travel for customer meetings and company events
- Proficiency in IT, database management and CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools.
